Last week the Drake Mens Basketball team was able to attend the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament in St. Louis Missouri.

Cheerleading
I am a part of the Drake University cheer team. It is my second year on the team, and my 4th year overall cheering. I was a UCA All American Cheerleader in 2020, and I currently coach at Planet Spirit in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
I am a back-spot and base which means I am under the stunts a lot and holding people up. I also have some tumbling knowledge which means I can do some fun flips for the crowd.

End Of Drake Basketball Season
Even though Drake didn’t make it past the first round in March Madness, its still an amazing accomplishment that we made it that far and was able to put up such good fights against the number five seeds. Marty Martin has made it clear how proud the University is of the accomplishments of these athletes, and the work they have put in all season.
Upcoming in Drake Athletics
We’re at that point in the year where teams start to end their season and some start up again. Even though some teams might work out or lift their main season might still be over.
